About Models R Go
Welcome! Models R Go is an online model shop specialising in aftermarket accessories, paints, tools and consumables for Aircraft Scale Models.
Models R Go is based in the UK and is run by life-long modeller John Guiver and his wife Mandy. Now in our sixth year, we present an exciting range of aftermarket detailing accessories, model kit paints, tools and consumables that are cherry-picked to be the very best in their field: Aires, Eduard, True Details, Pavla and many more. We are also one of the few companies in the UK to stock Gunze Sangyo/Mr Hobby products.
Our aim is to become your favourite source of competitively priced aftermarket accessories, kit building tools and consumables. We offer the quality and professionalism of a larger company with the individuality and customer service only available from a smaller concern. If you call us you can speak to the owner, not a warehouse minion or a call centre.
All our stock levels are live and we add new products on an on-going basis. Unlike some other web stores, we don't artificially bulk out our website with stuff we don't have in stock. We think there's nothing more frustrating than this policy and we simply don't do it. If the website says it's in stock then it's ready for immediate dispatch (unless we have made an error with the inventory, which is rare!!).
Our website is very safe - we use the latest SSL technology to encrypt your personal data and payments are securely handled separately by Paypal and Worldpay (so we never see your payment details). However, if you prefer, we are very happy to take telephone orders by card using our secure Worldpay virtual terminal. We apply all PCI DSS standards and are vetted regularly for compliance.
We are committed to providing the highest quality products and service to you. Above all our mission is to listen and respond to what you want. If you have any questions, comments or need assistance with your purchase then don't hesitate to email or call (see Contact Models R Go). We will be delighted for the opportunity to be of service.
